you care more for her virginity
than you do for her,
and don't you pretend otherwise.
you don't see the person she is,
but what you can do to make her
into your clone.
the only time you ever care about what might
be ailing her
is if she misses church.
you all point the finger at me
for "corrupting" her
when all I did was give the
poor girl the advice
you weren't there to give her when you instead
threw at her old Bible clichés I'm sure she'd
heard a thousand times and known you'd say.
all I did to her was what
you want to do to her yourself:
I turned her to my religion,
I showed her my side of the coin,
but unlike you,
I didn't pressure her to join me,
nor to stay.
I didn't baptize her,
or force her through a rebirth.
my religion doesn't do that.
all I "did to her" was pass on
the most valuable piece of advice
she or I have ever heard:
her feelings,
her decisions,
her life,
are HERS alone,
and are NOT to be run by Him, or you.
